Does USB-C Brilliant Ignite Lighter have a battery?+
No. The lighter itself has no battery and does not need to be charged. It draws power directly from a compatible USB-C OTG device while connected.
Is it compatible with Samsung phones?+
No. USB-C Brilliant Ignite Lighter is not compatible with Samsung phones. Please use the compatibility checker above before purchasing.
What if the blue indicator does not turn on?+
Make sure the lighter is fully connected and confirm that OTG or USB-C power output is enabled on your device. Disconnect and reconnect the lighter. If the indicator still does not turn on, your device may not provide the required power output.
How does the blow activation work?+
Connect USB-C Brilliant Ignite Lighter to a compatible device, then blow gently toward the sensor near the heating coil. The coil activates for a short timed cycle and shuts off automatically.
What comes in the package?+
Each unit includes one USB-C Brilliant Ignite Lighter, a matching protective cap, and a keychain lanyard attachment.
Is it windproof?+
The electric heating coil is more wind-resistant than an open flame, but strong wind and moisture can still affect operation. Keep the product dry and shield it during severe weather.

Is USB-C Brilliant Ignite safe to use?+
Yes, when used as directed. The heating coil becomes extremely hot during operation. Never touch the coil while active or immediately after use.
Is it safe for children?+
No. USB-C Brilliant Ignite is for adult use only. It is not a toy and must be kept out of reach of children and pets.
Should I leave it plugged into my phone?+
No. Plug it in only when you intend to use it. Disconnect it after each heating cycle and allow it to cool before storing.
Can the lighter get wet?+
No. Keep the lighter and USB-C connector dry. Do not use it in rain, near water, or while your device or the lighter is wet.
Can I use it near flammable materials?+
No. Keep the heating coil away from flammable liquids, vapors, fabrics, paper, and other combustible materials.
What should I do if the lighter or my phone becomes unusually hot?+
Disconnect the lighter immediately and stop using it. Allow both devices to cool completely. Do not continue using the product if unusual overheating happens again.
