Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders.

Estimated Delivery
Standard delivery is estimated at 5–8 business days after your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Processing
Orders are prepared for shipment as quickly as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Tracking
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours after shipment to display movement with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.

Delayed Orders
If we become aware that your order cannot be shipped within the expected timeframe, we will contact you with updated information and any available options.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and relevant photos, if applicable, so we can review the issue.
